Seemless checkin process. We upgraded to first class and had the entire area to ourselves. We were up on the bow of the boat when it pulled into Phi Phi which was an amazing experience! Highly recommend the upgrade on this ferry. That said, even in first class the seating is not very comfortable.

Picked us up at our hotel on Ao Nang beach and drove us to the ferry for. The ride from Klong Jilad to PhiPhi was smooth, easy and beautiful. No complaints for this being the single best deal available for transfer and ferry, you will not find better.
