we were with baby and stroller and 4 bags , no one helped us . i left my baby and my wife and went to bring my luggages 3 times . yes inside the woman there held a front place for us , but still the same when we went outside they just took the luggage out of the ship and no one help .

I haven't find the information that there is need to check in on the pier, luckily we came 30 minutes before and barely checked in 3 minutes before departure, worth keeping in mind to get much earlier

Very comfortable, children could sleep. Punctual for the subsequent transfer. Processing was very easy and uncomplicated! We booked online, tickets are then available at the counter and the suitcases are weighed on site. Max. 20kg/person.
