Very comfortable, children could sleep. Punctual for the subsequent transfer. Processing was very easy and uncomplicated! We booked online, tickets are then available at the counter and the suitcases are weighed on site. Max. 20kg/person.

It got very hot at some point inside and we had to wait so long for people inside before leaving because people took forever to get their luggage outside. Maybe start letting people without luggage leave first?

Was 1,5 hours travel time on the site, in the end it was 1,5 hours only to koh phangan and then we still had to go to koh tao for about an hour. Also we had to switch boats on koh phangan which it didnt say anywhere and we were send of the boat when arrived in koh phangan. Then we had to wait in line again for the next boat and we were one of the last people on it so we didnt even have a place to sit. Very poor service and instructions were very unclear

Well organised crossing from Samui to Koh Tao The boat I was on stopped at Koh Phangan but the staff worked hard to organise everything Not 5 stars because the port area on Samui is too small and very crowded.
