Ride went great. Sea conditions were favorable, so not a lot of waves. Also taking an anti motion sickness pill helps a lot. Baggaes were put either at the back outside or inside (i dont know the reasoning behind it), but inside it was chaos to get the baggage out when arriving, as it all in one corner and everyone is rushing to get theirs out.

I booked this thinking it included a transfer from our hotel on Koh Samui and drop off at our hotel in Koh Tao but it was just the first transfer, which I feel wasn’t super clear from the description. We were picked up from our hotel and dropped off at Nathon Pier at 8.30am but the ferry wasn’t until 10.30am so we had to wait around for 2 hours. The ferry itself was fine, took a while and got us there 20 minutes late but that’s not too bad. However, when they whatsapped me to get the hotel name, they said that they drop us off at Mae Haad Pier in Koh Samui. I arranged a separate transfer to get picked up at Mae Haad Pier by my Koh Tao hotel. But turns out the ferry actually takes us to Somgserm pier, so not great that they told me the wrong pier as this resulted in a lot of confusion trying to find my hotel taxi. Overall it was fine, cheaper than getting a taxi to Nathon pier and then the ferry but honestly for the faff and the time probs better just getting the fast one.

It was easy to locate the pier and the check-in process was seamless. The ride was rocky but I/we were fine and didn't get seasick.

j’ai dû payer 3 transports avant d’obtenir un billets sur mon adresse mail. ils me mettaient adresse mail en erreur et payement pas passé. pour au final que le lendemain tous les transporteur m’appellent pour venir au lieu de rendez vous. j’ai essayer de parler au robot de l’assistance qui ne comprenait pas ce que je voulait dire je suis déçu j’ai perdu de l’argent alors que le site était en erreur.
