Late, no service on board, not even to buy a bottle of whater, bad smell inside,, not organized the boarding, confused the arrival, not enough space protected by the sun in the waiting line 1.5 hour late. The help service of 12go was useless

The seats in the boat are not comfortable. The staff in the boat is not welcoming and the instructions on how to pick up the luggage are unclear, the staff was screaming on us and some said to wait our luggage on the pier and others that we need to pick up our own luggage before going out. Everyone was confused and stressed
