Delay becuase of rain, nobody was informing, where to stand, where to wait, how long is the delay. For 30 minutes ferry, we left the hotel at 11:00 (they ask at least 2 hour before) we arrived to kho phangan at 14:30 (5.5 houres...)

We arrived fast (under 20 minutes), the road is quite bumpy although the sea was calm beacause the boat travel fast. Out luggage was thrown in a un-organized pile i. The front of the boat and the crew was sitting on the suitcases

The Trip was good, the prices not: we booked online in advance for 300.- Baht pP. At the counter of the pier the official rate was 200 Baht pP. Besides, there was no special rate for children. We would prefer a transparent policy.
