Price is good for Speedboat from Koh Samui to Koh Phangan. Luggage is weighed - so be aware of the 20kg :). Unfortunately, the restrooms were out of order at the Bangrak Pier, yesterday.

It was fast but the thing that kind of ruined it for me was when we had to get off the boat in Koh Phangan. Even with all the hands that helped, it was really hard to disembark. The waves moved the boat a lot and there was no ladder to climb so I had to use my knees to get out. Kind of annoying.

The trip was quick. Departure was on time. The got our suitcases out really fast. But the boat was to full and the seats not comfortable. Some people were sitting out in the sun because there was no more space inside.

The ferry was new and air conditioned so the journey itself was quite comfortable But the travel was more than twice the time was mentioned. Delayed departure from the pier and just 5 minutes before the pier Stopped for mire than 20 minutes because the pier was full

The waiting area was reasonable. The vehicle left right on time. The staff on land and on the boat were kind and helpful. When the boat went backward to leave the dock, much motor smoke went into the boat, people chocked on it, and it made some people of the family feel sick for the entire trip.

I know it is a speed boat, but in some parts the boat operators where to fast and where not checking on the waves. The boat was full and one wrong wave can flip the boat.
