Everything was quick and easy. Since I used the site, I received the pdf e-ticket via email. It has a QR code for them to scan when you check in. I received a wristband and waited to depart. The crew helps with loading & unloading your baggage. They even helped me get in and out the speedboat since I don't have balance lol.
