Sea was very rough but we booked premium class so we’re on the top (enclosed) deck. So glad that we did as it made the journey much better. Very strong air con so bring a jumper. 30 min delayed due to the storm but this was understandable. When you check in on the ferry the operator offers mini van transfers at Phuket which was so useful. Thank you

We were waiting for half an hour in a place that a crew member told us to. Then, suddenly the boarding place changed and instead of letting us get into the boat in arrival order, the last people arriving to the queue were the first ones getting into the boat, embarrassing. On top of that, the sea was quite rough, and the driver instead of trying to get through it in a save and calm manner, he pressed the gas as much as he could. Overall, not a nice experience and I felt quite overwhelmed during the whole trip.

very surprised on how fast the driver was going , several times felt dangerous on how we where going … to bumpy and you need to replace or clean your life jackets they all had mold… not safe-to use them

Trip was ok, ferry was large, spacious seats. Toilets available, aircon etc. didn’t get the boat we booked though
