When I arrived to check in they told me I had to take another ferry to another pier, which was far from my original destination. After one hour of waiting, they decided to split us in two groups, one destination airport and one destination hotel. It was a total chaos and we were standing under the sun for a long time. At one point, a speed boat arrived and they told us we had to take turns and wait for other speed boat. With no clear destination of which pier we would arrived. In the end we had to just board one casual speed boat. We then arrived at a totally different pier from the one they told us they would bring us to.

They took us on a speedboat without any pier, just straight on the beach with a lousy stairs. We needed to jump with our suitcases across a stone barrier and drag them through the sand. And the worst part was THEY DID NOT TAKE US TO THE RIGHT PIER IN KOH SAMUI!!! We arrived at Koh Samui and discovered we were not in the pier in our ticket. So we needed to take a taxi to the pier where the transport waited for us Absolutely terrible experience. Don’t get near this operator

Egregious. Not one of the 'staff' have any idea how to communicate with customers & also dont know how to efficiently load a small boat with bags & people

The lady at the check-in needed 20 minutes to find our 12Go booking in the Lomprayah system. Which is not ideal. Next to that our overall experience is that Lomprayah has relatively new ferries. But other than that logistically is far from a professionally run outfit. It’s chaotic everywhere you go with them. And they seem never on time. Which is an accomplishment by itself.
