The trip is 100 Baht more expensive then the others, says it includes the van and takes 45 minutes. It does not include the van and takes 2hours. It seems different operators are overpromising and not delivering just to win clients. No support after the purchase. We still got to the destination without problems but I hate being scammed even for such small amounts. We also had additional stress looking for transport to pier in the very morning.

The sea was really really rough. The waves had 3meters and the driver of the boat knew how to handle them . We were just 9 people on board . Sometimes it was really scary . Instead of 3o minutes we were on Phi Phi in more than one hour . But safe .

Went from Koh Lanta to Koh Phi Phi. Pickup van was a little late but they held the boat for us. The speedboat ride was smooth and quick.

Got us from A to B on time. Truck pick up from hotel and clear transfer onto speedboat. Speedboat wasn’t our favourite, but that’s a personal reflection and not the fault of the provider. It was at least fast from Koh Lanta to Koh Phi Phi.

Pick up was efficient and boat left on time. It was a very small speedboat and the wind and waves were very rough. Didn’t feel safe. Did take 1 hour and a half over the original 30 minutes which was to be expected. Next time I will book a bigger ferry style boat as with the conditions on the sea, it was very wet and bumpy on a speedboat. Also did not see any life jackets.
