Ines EWe left 2 hours late.. the company no longer works we were allocated to another company and the entire exchange was confusing and with a lack of information. We had to pay a tax at the port to board which we weren't expecting, boarding was chaotic with no order and to top it off we had a journey of more than 2 hours without air conditioning on the boat with a lot of people feeling sick in the extreme heat, the alternative was to come out and stand in the sun which was even worse. It was terrible I would like to have my money back as this was not the service I paid for.

Danielle LThe staff was not nice at the check-in area. We were explicity told to be ready 1 hour ahead of departure, but they only opened 45 minutes ahead of departure. They did not appreciate that we booked online and made us pay 25k tax instead of the 10-20k due to ''online'' booking. There was no information given afterwards and they forgot to give us luggage tags which we only received just before going on the boat. The boat was very noisy, I highly recommend using earplugs. No instructions were given. The TV had bad quality. The boat made cracking sounds which made us feel a little uncomfortable. The good part was that the boat was fast moving. We arrived however with 40 minute delay.

Caroline EHorrible condition, inside no A.C it was reeeally hot + the waves made us want to throw up, at least 2 people vomited inside the Boat leaving an awful smell. Upstairs outside the Music was too loud and the crew singing a bit too much. Both situations were unbearable. + we had to wait many Times at Harbors (Gili Air and Lombok and Padanbai) for we don’t know which reason we were +20 min late in the end
