Jack BIt’s a nightmare, you have to collect your ticket from the office which takes 2 hours. Then wait in the heat with no organisation for another 2 hours, then the ferry departes late by atleast 1 hour and the journey takes 5 hours instead of the 3.5 advertised. It’s boiling hot on the ferry and very rocky, most people were being sick on the top deck.
Save yourself 10 hours of hassle and fly

Jessica HUnfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. After boarding the ferry, it quickly became clear that there were not enough seats for all passengers. People were forced to sit on the floor or on plastic chairs placed in the walkways, which created obstructions and made access to the restrooms difficult.
To make matters worse, only one restroom was operational (the female restroom), which caused long waits and frustration among passengers. There was also no water available for purchase on board, which is concerning given the sea conditions.
The sea was quite rough, and while one crew member did hand out plastic bags to those who became sea sick, overall the trip felt poorly organised and unprepared for the number of passengers on board.
I hope improvements are made regarding passenger capacity, facilities, and basic amenities for future trips.

Diana VMy ferry was cancelled and I have not received any information regarding the refund of my ticket. At the ticket counter on site, I was told that the refund should be processed through 12Go, but I haven’t heard anything since. I would like to receive the refund for my tickets and at least be contacted by 12Go to know the current status.

Roman BFerry later 1 hour for starting, then we went 5 hours, but all was calm, way is comfortable, seats are old, upstairs and forward is cold by air condition, centre and back is noise and had a hot floor by the engine. I set up in the back and right

Pascal M- Trip took 5 hours, not 3.5 as stated in the app and on the PDF voucher. But I already counted on this time based on other reviews, so I was prepared.
- AC good, but varied where you sit on the boat. Be prepared and bring a jacket or sweater.
- No WiFi on board, a shame with such an expensive ticket (around PHP2600 pp)

Deniss IIt took 5h instead of 3:30-4h :( People were tired and hungry so had to eat chips they sell on ship. Don't plan any island trips or flights scheduled after this trip.
