They make you come 2h before departure so you end up waiting at 5am for 7am ferry.

Ferry left on time and only arrived a little late, the water was very calm for the journey. Boat was less than half full when we travelled. Would have been helpful if 12Go mentioned that vouchers cannot be exchanged for tickets except immediately before travel as we had a wasted journey to the ticket office the day before in an attempt to get the tickets.

Seats and ferry is filty dirty. Looks like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The worst part was you are stuck inside while they had the air conditioning cranked way too high at 16 degrees - It was unbearable. If you do not have a sweater you will 100 percent get sick. Thankfully we are travelling some colder countries after here so I had one on hand but even with a sweater on we struggled. Ferry was also late arriving. When we got to just outside of El Nido, the boat sat there for almost an hour with no communication as to what was going on. If you can afford it, would highly recommend flying instead.

Told us to come 2 hours early ( at 5am ) we were through in 10 minutes and it was supposed to be a 3 hour journey which took 5 hours. No explanation given.
