Our 11am ferry was cancelled giving us 2.5 hours of hanging around in the terminal waiting for the 1.30pm ferry. We did not receive any notification of the cancellation until we tried to check in. Once on board the trip was fast and comfortable.

Smooth trip overall. I managed to swap for an earlier time at the ticket booth. There was plenty of space in the boat to bring my luggages. Just wished the washrooms were bigger since my leg was almost touching the toilet seat

Rapide, avec projection d'un film pendant le voyage (sans le son, mais avec les sous-titres). Les sièges ne sont pas très confortables, et on est un peu à l'étroit au niveau des jambes (classe touriste).

Would have given 5* if not for the EXTRA 60peso for porterage, this was forced on the customer. I can carry my own bag !

The good: air conditioning in the departure hall and on board. Fast transfer to destination. The bad: no organized queues in the departure hall for check-in or bag drop, it was after christmas and complete chaos with people sneaking everywhere. Extremely noisy place. Lack of signs and directions when arriving at Pier one. Dirty and rudimentary toilet on board (i.e. no water to wash your hands, no toilet paper, no toilet seat). Passenger seats are very crammed and you end up with other passengers knees in your back.

i received my e-ticket for Oceanjet just a few hours on the day of my vouyage. It could have been much appreciated and better for peace of mind sake for a passenger who flies from a far place in the Philippines and connect via sea travel to receive the e-ticket at least a day before the scheduled trip. In fairness, the entry to the port and boarding procedures using the e-ticket were efficient and smooth. Thank you.

Extra luggage is cheap (50 pesos). Arrived early, staff asked me if I wanted to be moved to an earlier departure. Smooth ride all the way, solid 5/5

It will be positive to give one free coffee for the passengers. They made us pay 60 PHP for the load and unload of our backpacks wen it was previusly paid. Next time we will carry them by our own.

Het was een knusse boot. Weinig beenruimte of ruimte om je tas kwijt te kunnen. Op de haven werden we wel vriendelijk geholpen; zo konden we gratis twee boten eerder nemen.
