Venice KThe staff member at the priority lane check-in counter was noticeably unfriendly and did not say a single word during the interaction. After we presented our itinerary and terminal fee tickets, she simply handed us our boarding passes without offering any instructions or guidance on the next steps. As not all passengers are locals or regular ferry travelers, it would have been helpful to receive some direction regarding the terminal process.
