The ship departed on time, and the on-site organization was good. Only the unloading of the luggage on Nusa Lembongan was a bit chaotic.

Boat was great, check in was easy, everything was on time ... but being dropped off on a punt, to get on another boat, to be transported to shore, on the opposite side if the island ti most of the amenities, to have to pay almost 50% of the ferry fare extra just to get to the accommodation is beyond the pale.
That extra hassle, and cost, makes me reluctant to use Ekajaya in future.

Quick transfer but very choppy! I think this is normal. The Sanur port is nice. Plenty of people getting sick in sick bags, so smell not nice

The ferry departed 1 hour late, but we are already used to that in South East Asia.
We felt safe on the ferry and had enough space.
If you want, you can buy drinks on the ship.

Very little space between the seats, felt more or less safe. Not my favorite ride and definitely less comfortable than e.g. in Thailand, but we arrived safe and only some minutes delayed and the staff was friendly.
