Boat was on time, staff were friendly, comfortable journey, my only downside was the tax price displayed on 12GO was a different price than what we were told at the office and when asked why, just told ‘’you need to get in contact with your agency and get them to the change the price, it’s not our fault’’ I didn’t think this was really a valid answer as they are displaying their services on this website so they should be the ones to make sure the information displayed is correct not me the customer… apart from that it was a good experience overall

Overall experience was good. The car was too cramped (4 people cramped into a 4 seater), but it got us there. The driver (Rijan, Magir Trans Bali) arrived on time after sharing his location and did he best to get us to the port in good time.

Ajud is Indonesian, but he has the timing of a Japanese man, the timing was perfect. He also drive like a pro. Plus, he has good music, and if you ask nicely, he will let you play your own music. I would have put 10* but only 5* possible. Thank you very much, will do it again just for the trip ;)
