Good drive from Kanchanaburi to Bangkok. Because of my suitcase I booked a 2nd seat, as stated as a must during booking. It turned out I was the only one; other travelers with bigger luggage could just bring it. That seems a little bit unfair. Driver also wanted to drop me off at Southern bus station instead of Mochit

The bus was on time, comfortable and we stopped for 2 breaks (one was a lunch stop). The stops were communicated clearly to us before we set off which was helpful. They also provided water and a snack and the bus had wifi. Only negative was the aircon was a bit low so it was quite hot.

The trip went great: we left on time, the nice conductor gave each passenger a bottle of water, a croissant and a wet wipe. There were two stops during the trip: one for half an hour for lunch, the second for about ten minutes to visit the toilet. We arrived in Phnom Penh a little later than planned, but that was because there were traffic jams on the roads in the evening. I was left with a pleasant impression of this trip. Thank you)

The driver made us feel very afraid. The other two on the crew were also acting very unprofessional, sitting in the back acting very weird, almost like a teenager. We took this company from bkk to sr and thought it was great, but we are not using this company no more..

Uncomfortable and late, nobody cared if u were actually in the bus. many stops and they never checked if everyone got back in time before driving off. otherwise pretty okay ride, got there an hour something late
