Albert SIt’s was supposed to be a sleeper bus from Siem Reap to Ho Chi Minh but when we arrived to Phnom Penh we went to a regular bus. Anyways, the second bus was comfortable.

Francesco VWe booked a trip from Siem Reap to Ho Chi Minh. We thought the trip would be in a sleeper bus during 13 hours. Turns out the sleeper part was only for 4 hours. We switched in Phnom Penh to a seated bus. For the price we paid we could have booked a cheaper trip. Instead of a nice 13 hour sleeper we only got 4 hours of it.

Jennifer CAll went really smoothly. However as we booked through the internet, we weren’t informed there would be a change of buses at 4.30am and we wouldn’t have a bed seat for the whole journey. The reclining chairs were still comfortable but we wouldn’t have known what was going on till we got there if we hadn’t gone into the office to check. We wish this was communicated through email or before booking better.

NO ONE answer you when you need it. NO ONE speaks English, or wants to help you.

Tariq HThe first bus is not very comfortable but at least it’s a sleeper - you have to change bus at Phnom Penh at 5 am waiting outside for an hour, then the next bus ISN’T EVEN A SLEEPER BUS which takes another 6 hours to get to Saigon. Very bad advert for this transfer, pay for a sleeper bus then only have one for half the journey

Ulf SWe switched vehicles three times (well four if you count the tuktuk ride from the pick up point to the bus), were woken up around one hour after departure etc. I you want a smooth ride where you actually get some sleep during the ride from point A to B - pick another operator.

Lucie FAlthough the booking makes you believe that it is a direct sleeper bus, it is not. The whole bus was woken up before 5 am at Phnom Penh and told it's a final destination. It caused quite a confusion between passengers and the staff was struggling to explain us what's happening. We were left at a bus station (that didn't have enough space for everyone and was on a busy street), after waiting for over half an hour, we were picked up by other bus - not a sleeper but quite comfortable one and continued our journey to Saigon. Afterall the bus ride was quite pleasant, we made stops for bathroom and we've arrived sooner than scheduled but we ended up feeling scammed and annoyed as non of it was mentioned before. I also recommend being careful as bus drivers didn't notice a passenger is missing on the borders before other travelers brought it up.
