Jade MMy bus was cancelled and I was transferred to a bus 30 minutes later.
The bus had cockroaches.

The assigned seat (back row) did not allow my feet to reach the floor, which can caused my legs to go numb (I'm 5'1).
The driver nearly hit a pedestrian while reversing and then shouted at them.

Hadiqa KBus was good but the way they pick random people from way it was frustrating and caused extra time. internet was not working charging port was also faulty so it was just a bus ride no other facilities work.

Dawn HDecent bus. Left on time and arrived on time. Stopped midway at a gas station where you could use the bathroom. They were clean. Food and snacks available too. I would use this company again for transport.

David DWas a very good trip. Quick check in process, and friendly and professional service. The bus left bang on time. It was more spacious than i had been expecting and we were evening given a light breakfast (a chocolate pastry) and some water. Would use Giant Ibis again.
