Legazpi to Manila Destination Reviews

S
Very nice bus, pretty new. The seats we're very comfortable. The bus left on time but arrived 5 hours late to Manila, even if the driver was driving sometimes very fast. The air was too cold inside the bus, sometimes it was freezing.

It was a great experience but the trip took us 15 hours from Legaspi City to Alabang, can you imagine that. and then my celphone got low battery and the charger located at my seat no. 7 of bus 212 Bicol Isarog was busted, it did not work. One more thing, your ticketing attendant after giving me a ticket said its OK to proceed to bus waiting area but when I was about to board the conductor told me to get the sticker of my luggage to the ticketing area, so I need to go back to that ticketing are to ask for the sticker. Thats my experience.

Driver definitely has a racing license but brought us safely to Manila. Seats were comfortable, but don’t choose last row. We had enough breaks. The bus arrived a little bit late but all in all good value for the money.

bus 1175 has a very small and tight space...clearly for small sized passenger only...the price does not compensate to the quality of travel the passenger will have ..i hope to see some adjustment to the seat quality or even the price for that matter..

Even if we booked online, upon checking in at the counter of the bus company, we needed to print out the booking page, unnecessary inconvenience for the clients. Why doesn't the company have a Bluetooth-ready printer? Even if they charge us, it is ok rather than go out and have it printed somewhere else. The Lazyboy chair was defective.

Does not accept electronic copies of tickets/booking which is paid ahead. They even asked us to print a copy 15 mins before the departure time. Please improve your ticketing service
