Adriana MThe way to Bangkok was easy and comfortable enough. It left on time from the HPT office which is also easy to get to. They don't give water as bus companies usually do but it was ok. There was a short toilet stop which was very convenient.

Lavesh DWould have been great but for one thing. I booked and paid for my ticket and received the e-ticket but when I arrived at the bus terminal I was told that the bus was full. I had to wait nervously until all passengers had boarded before I was given a ticket and allowed to board.

Beat SI honestly don’t understand how this service is run. You’re told to check in at least 60 minutes before departure, only to be loaded onto a bus that leaves an hour earlier anyway. Completely pointless and confusing.
The ride itself was even worse. Our driver was one of the most unfriendly and unpleasant people I’ve ever encountered. He seemed to treat both the gas and brake pedals like on/off switches, which made the entire trip a constant, jerky nightmare. It was genuinely uncomfortable and absolutely unnecessary.
And to top it all off, we were thrown off the bus at a completely different location than the GPS coordinates printed on the voucher. No explanation, just a rude “get out here.” I had to call the person waiting for me at the correct location and redirect them somewhere else because the bus simply didn’t stop where it was supposed to.
Overall, a terrible experience from start to finish. Definitely not recommended.
