Pick up was very late With our arrival put back by an hour or more we asked if we could be dropped off at our hotel and was told yes, but we needed to pay extra. We paid to try and save a dinner reservation, but failed. We were far to late.

We have changed three times of transport means. Two different bus and at the end a car. As we arrived late to HANOÏ, the traffic was important. But I don't understand why the driver of the car (last transport mean) never reached the final destination Central Circus. He stopped his car at around 400-500 meters from Central Circus and explained us that we were arrived.

Vehicle is unmarked so I could not easily find it. Operator had to come and find me. Aircon in vehicle not working. Was not dropped off at the destination but got dropped on the side of the road. Did not arrive at 18:00 but dropped on side of road at 19:15.
