this experience was awful. I am extremely disappointed, we booked the fast boat from mushroom bay to bangsal pier on Lombok. However, we were put on a smaller than advertised boat that only stopped in the gilli islands and then made to get on another operator's slow boat with no explanation. The ticket we bought said the entire trip time was 1hour 30 minutes and actually took 4hours and 15 minutes. By doing so, we missed our connection and missed our entire first day on the island. The gilli boat was over booked meaning people were having to sit where they weren't meant to and a huge pile of luggage was built blocking one of the two emergency exit doors from the lower floor, totally unacceptable and dangerous. I fully expect a full refund for both of our tickets.

Everything was great. We left on time, boat was comfortable and the crew was very friendly and helpful. The trip goes via the Gilis to Lombok and took us about 3hrs in total. We also booked a transfer to Kuta directly at the check-in which was fairly priced with 400k for 2 persons and worked perfectly fine

It’s 2 hours late cuz we have to transfer to a bigger boat at Nusa Penida and stop over at many places to pick up more passengers. No one has informed any passengers on the boat that we have to transfer to the bigger boat so everyone was shocked. And there was not enough seats for everyone.
