The Boat was fine, the staff friendly. Started and arrived more than an hour too late. Check-in details were confusing. Thank goodness the Taxi driver helped us find the right check-in.

The boat was 30 minutes late, took 2 hours instead of 1,5 and the staff was kind of rude. They were really rough with the bags and the taxi drivers were crazy at the harbor. Screaming and pulling at you.

PS
Firstly, i would 100 % use Gili Getaways again. The boat trip itself was very good, the boat staff were helpful and friendly and the boat was in good condition and ran to time at all stops. The biggest let down which is why I've dropped 1 star was the staff at Gili Gede booking office who try and almost scare you into booking a car with them and them alone, whether it be a private car or a shared shuttle. We were told that there was no other option at Serangan Port..... After a short google search we said no and decided to fend for ourselves. On arrival at Serangan we collected our bags and walked less than a minute away from the main port area where we were offered countless taxi rides. In the end we got a Grab but we do understand that they are tricky to get to pick up from the port (but not impossible).
