The ferry left in time and on Bali the driver was already waiting for us. Everything was perfect. Thank you for such a good service.

Was reassuring for us to have been able to book in advance as we weren't sure what to expect when arriving at the port. The music was quite loud on the boat and it was full of people taking selfie. Probably worked out more expensive using 12go but it worked.

The ferry service from Bangsal was very good but once in Bali the transfer service was poor. The operator tried to get us to pay more money for a private transfer straight to Uluwatu as they also had passengers to drop off in Ubud which caused us a 2 hour detour. I would not recommend using this service to Uluwatu for this reason, only if you’re going to Ubud as they had no delays. We also did not get a toilet break for the 4.5hr+ journey.

Had an excellent experience with Rival M Helmy! He was a 5 star driver! I felt incredibly safe the whole time. He had incredible communication skills and we were able to find him easily. He was also very kind and was happy to stop when someone asked for a toilet break or snack.

The ferry had already left the harbour when we got there. It was more than 30 minutes before it had to leave, so we had to buy new tickets.

Boat was 1 hour late, which is kinda annoying ey, otherwise it was all good. Sit upstairs out and get the breeze, much better than downstairs. No clue why they have put shit on the windows so you cant look out. Either way, upstairs, outside is obviously always the way to go

The cruse was really okay and good but after we came to Bali, we thought we will have a bus straight to Sanur, as while buying a tickets it was written that we will reach the destination after 3 hours from leaving Lombok, unfortunately the driver said we will have another 4,5h of driving. He make an offer of driving us to Sanur for 1,4mln - so watch out. We got an offer for 1mln from another driver and ended up with 400k after trade, so have it on your mind. my previous trip was with our surprises so I recommend it but be careful while buying a ticket and ask them if you’re not sure of sth.

Mr. Rizki was our driver and he was above & beyond on his service. He was very communicative. He texted us and confirmed our trip before we got on the boat and he was very informative & helpful when I arrived to the port. When I changed my route/destination, I texted him about the plan and he was not hesitant to follow my new plan and took me to the new destination instead of the planned destination. I highly recommend Mr. Rizki.

Deducted one star for the strong smell of petrol in the cabin and for being 75 minutes late arriving. On the plus side, the boat was comfortable, coped well with the waves and the aircon worked. The staff were organised and friendly. Transfer to hotel was easy with good communication using WhatsApp regarding pickup and the delay.
