Olena AI bought a ticket from Samui to Bangkok. I arrived in Lipa Noi Pier at 2.16 PM by taxi, I have confirmation. I waited for the ferry for 2 hours, but it arrived only at 4.00 PM and I missed the bus. I had to pay for another bus. I want to be reimbursed.

Emily CPaid for VIP - seats were the same as regular ones, didn’t get the wifi that was advertised with it, nor the snack. Meal choice was okay. You spend about an hour waiting at the bus stop in Surat Thani for the next bus to get on. Arrived to bangkok 30 mins early (5:30am). Don’t bother turning up for the ferry a hour early, you need half a hour MAX but even then you will just spend that time waiting. Bus smelt really good though.

Julius RThe blankets were too thin and too short.
And I like it when the seats are at the same height with the floor.

Caolan MDidn’t get into Bangkok at expected time. The bus was extremely unorganized and we were worried if we were even going to get on the bus

Emily CFerry was fine, so was the shuttle bus (to the bus station) and the minivan to Surat Thani was also fine. The sleeper bus was terrible. We had water leaking on us the whole journey. Got to a point where water was pouring onto both of the seats and we both ended up sitting on one seat for a while. Eventually managed to find a new seat (thank goodness the bus wasn’t full), driver didn’t help (tbf I don’t think he really understood what we were saying but still was no use). Stopped for dinner at 12:30am and had to pay extra as it wasn’t included in the price of the ticket. Then got back on the bus and tried to sleep (very difficult when you have a loudly snoring man in front of you - not the bus company’s fault but still annoying). The seats were the most uncomfortable bus seats I’ve sat on (and i’ve been on a LOT). Very hard, barely recline, completely flat (so your head falls down when you sleep and you wake up with severe neck pain). Overall calling it a sleeper bus is a bit of a push (because no sleep really did occur) but they got us from point A to B within the correct timings so we can only complain so much.
