It would have been nice if I had gotten some feedback on my pick up point description. Without it we did not know if they would really come to the right place to pick us up. Also we had to call them to know when they're arriving, as they had to pick up other people, so they were a bit late and we were worried.

No information at check in, was told we need to check in but then they just waved us away. We booked a comfy looking minibus with leather seats, instead we were out on a bus with about 30 other people. Tried to charge me 200b per bag for two backpacks, when I insisted the bags are included on the ticket and showed him the terms and conditions of the ticket he persisted. Google maps says 2hrs 15 but ticket said 3hrs, thought this would be because of traffic... We had no traffic but it did take over 4hrs to get there cause we drove around dropping people off, even though our drop off was closer.

Two stars are for the more or less on time pickup and that we reached our destination. Service was kind of weird for us. No confirmation for the booking, no estimated pickup time but he came. Driver was a lot on the phone and drove quite strange (I normally feel well on boats and drives, this one was tough for the stomach). Driver had no working gps so we had to navigate him to the hotels in AoNang. We were last. After driving about an hour through AoNang he told us that this route doesn’t include Khlong Muang normally and that he has to take 500 baht for the 10-15min drive. If we got that info before, we would just let him drop us off at Ao Nang and took a Grab.
