We were dropped off in Ao Nang, rather than at our hotel in Klong Muang, despite the voucher stating that only Tubkaek hotels would not be drop off points. Other passengers were also heading to Klong Muang, and they were contacted by the service provider in advance to let them know, whereas we were not. In addition, the driver was very nice, but he drove extremely fast, and the AC in the van was very weak, meaning it was very hot inside.

De driver was really moody and doesn’t speak English. Gets mad at us when we didn’t understand what he was saying. Drives dangerous and with his phone in his hand. Was 40 minutes late without notifying us. And after 20 minutes drive, he randomly stopped and we had to wait 20 minutes in the car while he was gone.

All good. Driver arrived on time to pick us up. Comfortable van, friendly driver. We had a quick stop midway, dropped us at our hotel in Ao Nang. No complaints.

The driver was unfriendly, drove fast and badly. In addition, his car beeped every few minutes cause of he was driving faster than 100. That was sooooo annoying.

Excellent service. We booked the van from Khao Sok to Krabi. There was AC, comfortable seats and we stopped for toilet. The driver was so nice. Keep in mind that it's a van that picks up every one in different locations, so there will be delays (1 hour and more).......there is a number to call in case you need assistance but no one picked up, so we weren't sure about the time of arrival until it arrived....and you don't have enough space if you have big suitcases. We travelled with the backpack so no issues. So, good service but I would improve the customer service.
