The driver was late and very rude. We had one stop along the 7 hour route, where you could only buy chips and cookies. There was no communication. There wasn’t enough room on the bus, so the luggage was stored in between the seats, so we had to climb over to get to our seat. The USB chargers didn’t work. There were many stops along the way to deliver packages?

Arrived on time, sent a photo and description of meeting place and vehicle. I was able to verify vehicle license plate. The driver took less time to make the trip than a big bus would have. Just take note, this trip isn’t for the faint of heart. Kudos to the driver for getting us there safely and in a timely manner.

When you are out traveling you google a lot and there is a lot of different information to take in all the time. And when you book a transport you kind of assume that luggage is included so you can take your luggage with you. It was after I’ve bought this ticket that I saw the comment. Only allowed 10 kg of luggage on this trip. So this caused a lot of stress. And had to take a lot of time to first google about it. Is it true? What happens if I have too much? (I had 1 suitcase with 18 kg and a backpack with 6 kg) After a lot of searching I found a number and with help of my hotel that called and asked for me. They (you) said it was allowed to take luggage but you had to pay extra. I don’t think this is mentioned in the app. I went back and looked and there is a text of saying max 10 kg but nothing else. Apparently I missed that info the first time, but you don’t look for that. Anyways. So the stress did settled, but still upset of this “hidden” fee and that luggage isn’t included. But when the day came and we took the trip. Nobody asked for money, so I guess it was included after all. Or maybe I still have to pay. But there’s a lot of things you have to sort out when traveling so if you please can make info as clear as possible so you don’t need to stress and take a lot of time off your day to figure things out. Thank you. And yes. The timetable according to when I booked, it said departure 11.10. The day before I got a message that departure would be 11.30. On the day we got picked up 11.55. And we arrived more than 1 hour late to Cao bang.

Communication was excellent as queries were answered very quickly via WhatsApp, with confirmation 48 hours before departure. Limousine bus arrived on time and driver was friendly, few stops on the way before reaching destination. The transport was comfortable though my seat’s seatbelt and the one next to me was broken, do be prepared the driving for the insane driving which might put you on the edge of your seat.

The transport from Hanoi to Cao bang was comfortable but the transfer from Cao Bang to Ban Gioc waterfall was poor. We expected to arrive by 1pm but arrived at about 3+ pm. We spent more than 1 hour in the van while the driver looking for passengers and customers who wanted to deliver parcels on their way to The waterfall. We end up following the driver to pick up and deliver those parcels before arriving at our destinations.

There is no room for luggage so all the bags were piled up between seats. The driver was driving pretty aggressively and constantly on the phone. AC hardly working.

The bus schedule their departure for 1hr and 30mins late, they don't even informed us. Most importantly there is no luxury vip bus for cao bang at 20:10, they just fake it to grab customers attention. Everyone told me don't belive them they always departure at 21:30.

We booked our transportation for 09.10 am, they told us the evening before that pick up changed to 10 am. Ok no Problem for us, information about the change was very much appreciated. BUT on pick up day, we waited over 1 hour in the pouring rain. They told us it was due to the traffic. Turn out that they put us on the 11 am schedule instead - without informing us (we only found out as there was another couple going on the same car, but they booked for 11 am). We wouldnt have minded taking a later shuttle if they have had informed us before. But letting us wait for more than 1 hour is unacceptable.
