This is a SCAM COMPANY in short. Payed for a "limousine coach", instead got some random guy in a car. This is basically just someone who knows people who are taking personal journeys and puts you in their car to make money off the trip. The departure time got moved 2 hours earlier which messed up our schedule, and they still arrived half an hour late, despite some dodgy overtakes on mountain roads. His driving was erratic, were miserable the entire trip, please don't trust this "company" if you value your life and sanity

At first, we were supposed to leave at 7:30, but they changed it to 8:30. We were the second ones to be picked up, and then we started picking up the rest of the group, which took an hour, and in the end, we left from right next to our hotel where we had originally been picked up. The driver seemed very unpleasant, and his driving wasn’t very good (he was always on his phone).

The location of the departure point in Ha Giang city was completely wrong on the map that I received when I booked. The address that I got was also wrong and not sufficient to find the bus. It was a horrible experience not knowing where to find the bus. I almost missed it because it took me 30 minutes to find it ! Unbelievable bad service to provide the wrong departure location Also no one communicated that I can be picked up from my hotel like all the other passengers. The bus itself was good with a good temperature ( not too cold ) and the driver was excellent, driving carefully and safely.
