The bus company provided false information. Two buses were scheduled for the day, one at 7:30 and one at 8:30. Actually, there was only one, that left two hours late. In all of that, the company didn't offer any explanation at all, leaving us completely in the dark. At one point, they made us change vehicle (it was agreed on) and once again they didn't explain us anything: we found ourselves on a public bus with the driver asking for money. In the end, we arrived to our destination 4 hours late. I need to add, during the drive the AC worked poorly

We were told to catch the bus at a bus station nearby, but a woman who worked at our hotel called the operator and they came to pick us up right at our hotel! It was a nice added touch, especially since it was pouring rain. We had lots of pickups to do after we got on, which is typical for this type of bus. It's actually pretty fun to watch all the packages come on and off the van. The driver stopped a few extra times when we requested pee breaks, which was also very much appreciated since we were traveling with our kids.

At first, we were supposed to leave at 7:30, but they changed it to 8:30. We were the second ones to be picked up, and then we started picking up the rest of the group, which took an hour, and in the end, we left from right next to our hotel where we had originally been picked up. The location of the departure point in Ha Giang city was completely wrong on the map that I received when I booked. The address that I got was also wrong and not sufficient to find the bus. It was a horrible experience not knowing where to find the bus. I almost missed it because it took me 30 minutes to find it ! Unbelievable bad service to provide the wrong departure location Also no one communicated that I can be picked up from my hotel like all the other passengers. The bus itself was good with a good temperature ( not too cold ) and the driver was excellent, driving carefully and safely.
