My rating is low mainly due to the driver's lack of common sense. While driving through one of the streets in Hanoi, he did not follow the example of other drivers, who were avoiding a large, deep puddle on the road by driving around it. Instead, he drove almost straight through it, forgetting that the suitcases in the storage compartment were not waterproof and water . Half of my belongings were wet and dirty. I appreciate the fact that he quickly reached our destination, but a little common sense and thinking would have been appropriate in such a situation. If I had had more expensive items inside and they had been damaged, I would have been forced to take action. Please provide training for such situations in the future!!!!

The information in the reservation was not correct. We booked the bus for 11:45 departure but the actual time was departure at 12:30. So we arrived more than 1 hour later to Hanoi. Additionally, the departure point was also wrong in the booking information.

Overbooking, the “luxury boat” it’s just a speed boat where they sell more tickets then place to seat. No organisation and guidance for the people. Too much expansive for what it is.

Bus was 15min late. First bus old and crowded/oversold. When arriving at the port, our bags were thrown into the sand, dirt, and some oil from the bus. Black Stains on our backpacks cant be removed. 1 bag ripped at the bottem from rough handling. Speedboat was overcrowded. Second bus to Hanoi was old and quite warm. Not a good experience. Positive: got us there safely.
