Awesome service, these guys need to be applauded. We needed to book an early bus from Cao Bang as we had a booked night travel from Hanoi to catch on time. They have been very helpful with the booking. Many of their route were too late for us to be on time in Hanoi. Via what’s app communication ( they were very responsive), they understood our situation and they made sure we would be in Hanoi on time. I am suspecting they arranged a special relay just for as we were only 3 clients in the limousine for the first part of the trip, until we changed limousine. Helpful you say! All the drivers were very nice and safe on the road. The limousine was comfortable with capitain seats for everyone, a blanket, bottle of water and a usb connection for everyone. The price is good for the long road. I recommande!! Thank you very much!!

The charging ports didn’t work, and there was a connection between their office and our hotel in Hanoi that was going to be a 30 min wait when we were only 20 min from our hotel so we ended up taking a grab from there so we didn’t have to wait. But everything else was great.

We really don't like the minibuses so took a risk of this bus company as they had no reviews - and it was so comfortable! It was a bit slower as the drivers were really chilled, and you had to get to the bus stations at either end with taxis in Hanoi and Cao Bang. But it was really worth it to relax and recline for the journey and take in the reviews :)

Driver drove hazzarduously, kept facetiming and watching tiktok whilst driving. The van kept beeping loudly, throughout half the trip, properly because he drove past the speed limit or too close to other cars. Still managed to arrive an hour late to the destination. Otherwise the van was fine.

One does not know what the other do… I was there on time and got approached by my name, she said I have to get on the little bus to transfer me to the main bus station. Arriving there my bus was no where to be found. Then I got a call where I am at and he said he shouldn’t have gone to the bus station, pick up is where I was at… he managed to get me on another bus… then I got woken up at 5am in the morning as the only person on this bus to get off the bus. I did not know why and as usual they did not speak any English… they said he have to get on that mini van … I am a woman traveling alone where a stranger told me to get into a car with a male and nobody explained me why… I did ask via WhatsApp before the bus was leaving to Hanoi wether everything is Gina be fine and that we can have a short chat … but they didn’t answer me. Nor did they explain that this is gonna happen… Women who travel alone need to have some reassurance to be safe… communication was non existent, nor did they care … bus was alright and comfortable… bus driver was unfriendly and annoyed

From Hanoi to Cao Bang, The toute is minimum 6:30h, not 5h like advertised, the route back took 5:30h, but we drive like in stolen truck :D. Car is comfortable, drivers are faaaast, departure time 30m-1h late.. overall great option to get to the north and back.. just count with time gaps when booking another connecting rides or trips.

Staff was really helpful, one stop on halfway. Beds were comfy but little bit shorter. For me 170cm it was smaller then other buses whst we took. But for my boyfriend who is 190cm tall its really small, but still more comfortable for him then bus or buslimoisine
