The second driver drove super dangerously. The bus is not made to have a lot of luggages and bags so the drive takes time to arrange them at the back and put some between people. Overall the bus is not luxury at all, it comes late, not a lot of space compared to a classic bus, driver constantly on his phone, …

We booked a 20 seat bus
It was a 24 seat bus and we got to seat at the rear, where we have no curtains for privacy.
The bus itself was messy.
At list the ride was pretty easy and without trouble, we arrived in about half hour earlier.

The bus was overbooked. I had to sit in the front squashed between another extra passenger and the drivers daughter. The bus was cramped with luggage and no leg room. One of the drivers was reckless going around bends too fast

The driver made me sit in the back of the van, where I didn't fit, being a six feet four inches tall. This was even though there was a free seat with more room when i boarded... the driver let his friend sit there instead. There were even 4 of us crammed on the back seat for a while, after the driver picked up an unticketed individual.

The Driver was 1 hour late and we did arrive 2 hours later at the destination. Also the driver did end the travel about half an hour walking distance away from the indicated destination. Because of that I had to get a grab to reach my Hostel.

All in all it was okay. The Bus had an 1 h delay and it took us 8h to get to Hanoi instead of 5 1/2. But the seats were quit comfortable and we got some water.
