Georgia NGot a text from the driver the night prior saying he would pick us up from our accommodation at 0800. We waited until 0845 and then the receptionist at our hotel kindly called the driver on our behalf. Driver refused to come to our hotel, instead we had to walk with all of our luggage to a different hotel, where we got picked up at 0925. The driver then seemed confused that we were requesting to go to the airport, even though this was clearly documented on our ticket. Thankfully he did take us to the airport after some discussion, but overall a very stressful experience.

We were one hour late and the driver accepted to make a detour for one person and we lost 30 minutes... I arrived almost first and I could not chose my seat and eventhough they were seats in the back, I had to seat in the front.

Eliza The service told us we would get hotel transfer for pickup and drop off. The driver did not drop us off at our hotel and we had to pay an additional 100.000 dong for a taxi across the city.

Ruth The driver seemed to be very impatient.
Also, he picked his nose and clicked his knuckles constantly which is gross (I was sitting right next to him). I was in the front seat and the seat belt only went over my lap which is not really safe. The toilet stop was at a place with a very unhygienic toilet which looked like it had never been cleaned, and had no lock on the door.

Romy We had booked their services during the flash flood and landslides times in Cao Bang and they actually made sure we made it back safely to Hanoi!
The driver stopped along the way a couple of times to use the toilet and grab a drink/snack.
They also picked us up at the hotel and dropped us off at an easier spot for us than the original end point.
One point of feedback would be their communication. They respond almost straight away after texting them, but we had to ask them questions about confirmation/pick up time (after it got changed because of the weather)/updates ourselves. This could be better in the future.
Anyway, still happy with their services as we really didn’t want to be stuck in the north and a lot of other companies canceled.

Tiphaine The second driver drove super dangerously. The bus is not made to have a lot of luggages and bags so the drive takes time to arrange them at the back and put some between people.
