NEVER BOOK!! We got robbed!! They pick you up at the hotel with a tuktuk, then you have to go in a mini van but after 2min they ask you to leave the van and wait outside for 5 minutes “to wait an other passengers to arrive”, afterwards you have to go on a bigger bus because the van is to small for everyone all of a sudden! In the meantime they stole around 800k KIP from our backpacks and all the other passengers aswel!! Never book with them!!!! This was not all, the bus was also in a small accident and drove like a maniac ! Googled the firm afterward and should have seen this coming, they are know for this!

This could have been at least 1 hour shorter. We waited a long time for other people at pickup and then again for the same people at the toilet break. At some point you have to leave people behind/not take them, I am sorry. What other sense does a pickup time make?
