We booked this service to go from Vang Vieng to Vientiane and everything worked fine. They picked us up at our hotel and brought us to the bus departure point, was supposed to be a minivan but was a bus instead, even more comfortable.

We were picked up in a tuktuk and not van, which we thought we were going to drive the whole way. Luckily we were transferred to a mini-bus (still not looking like the van in the picture of the ticket at all). We departed 1.5 hours after planned departure and multiple people were very stressed about reaching their flight. It is worth noting that we were at the airport only 30 minutes later than planned so it was okay in the end, but it was just full of stress.

Firstly they said pickup was 1 o’clock however I didn’t get picked up until 2:15. They didn’t drop me off at the location it said. Instead I had to pay for a tuk tuk to take me there. Driver was very rude and not helpful even when I used google translate to make him understand better
