Matthew SSo 12go.asia provided a voucher not a ticket - so after arriving at the ferry terminal we had to track back to the ferry office and get a ticket and boarding pass.
If this was explained on the voucher then I couldn't find it
I swear I bought a return but only ended up with a one way ticket plus travel insurance I was surprised to have bought and DID NOT NEED.
3 stars is generous and due to the friendly staff at angel billabong.
Don't bother with 11go.asia - go straight to the ticket office.

Tahsin AWe reached at the Sanur harbour 1 hour before, then we found that our El Ray boat was not scheduled to go, instead they managed another boat company, named axestone. The boat is almost the same, but started 30mins earlier, which created a bit of panic situation for us.

Abhishek Overall ok. But doesn't run on time. Also they advertise 30 minute duration but it actually takes 45 minutes or even more.

Deepakraj The ride was good, dropped us off on time. But the boat was stuffy and the interior looked a bit dirty. If you're in a hurry or don't have much options chose Angkal. You have many other options of speed boats too.
