Michael CNot impressed that we got put onto a speed boat with another company (D'Camel). Where we docked at Lembongan caused us to have to get a taxi to our hotel. We had planned to go with Arthamus so that we could just walk down the beach to our hotel. There was no forewarning of this, and we had 3 children to think about so would've appreciated the heads up. We chose to go with Arthamus based on our own research and recommendations from others. We didn't expect to be put with another company with no warning. Not very impressed.

Leon SAfter getting on the boat, we waited for 20 minutes before leaving the harbour. It was very hot, and there was no AC. There were some fans, but they hardly moved the air. We left 30 to 40 minutes late. Once we left it was all good.
