Christina A cheap way to get to the waterfall in an air-conditioned small bus - BUT they pack you in. Some of us were sitting on plastic stools and others had to stand for the one-hour journey, so arrive early if you want a proper seat!

Dominic DOver 3 hours late. Not the minivan in the photo, no air conditioning, and so much dust when we boarded that our clothes and bags were dirty before we even started our trip. Seriously, that heap of junk was a real hazard. The other minibuses had the comfort I'd hoped for. The driver even stopped in a town to pick up a friend. Of all our experiences with the 12GO platform, this is the worst!!! Truly very disappointing...

Bus planned at 8am but the company contacted me the day before to give me the meeting point which was wrong and ended in missing my shuttle. On the way back, no clear sign and no clear indication by the company via WhatsApp that just said “please ask the staff”. I tried to call and had no answer resulting in stress for everyone.
