We received the tickets 4 days before departure. We were delayed by one hour, but the information provided on board regarding the delay was clear. We took this service another time as well, with no issues. The train was very spacious. However, we were not given any choice of seats, which meant that the two of us were not seated together but On either side of the main aisle. There were empty seats available, though.
