Very Poor Experience – Misleading Information and Unsafe Conditions The booking stated pickup at 9:00 AM, but after pickup we were taken to the Southern Bus Station and made to wait almost 2 hours. The actual van only departed around 11:00 AM, with no clear explanation or communication. The service was overpriced and misleading. There was no actual office at the pickup location shown on the booking page, and the location listed on Google Maps does not match reality, which is very confusing for travelers. The ticket indicated 13 passengers, but the van was overloaded with around 19 people. This made the trip unsafe and very uncomfortable, especially since the roads are rough. The van had poor ventilation, adding to the discomfort during the long journey. The travel time was extremely long, arriving around 8:00 PM, turning the trip into almost 12 hours. The vehicle shown in the booking photos was different from the actual van used. Overall, the service was unreliable and misleading. The high ratings shown online do not reflect the actual experience. I would strongly suggest taking the railway train instead—it is faster, safer, and more comfortable.

Nous avons réservé nos billets en 1ere classe, il y a 2 mois sur votre site internet... La veille de notre trajet, nous n'avions toujours pas nos billets..j'ai trouvé seul les coordonnées de la compagnie locale Family service Vous nous avez envoyé 3 et ois le voucher qui n'a servi à rien, votre service est nul ! Sur mon insistance, j'ai obtenu une photo de nos billets à 9 pm la veille et nous avons dû aller à la gare pour rencontrer le a personne qui nous a donné nos billets...de seconde classe Beaucoup de stress pour ce voyage, cela la coûter 20 € de plus car dans le doute j'ai demandé à une agence locale de me trouver des billets...!!! En résumé, votre service est vraiment en dessous de tout et innacceptable....au final cela m'a coûté près de 100 € pour des billets de seconde classe qui en valent 50 €.je vous demande donc de me rembourser ces 50 € pour préjudice Vos représentants locaux ne sont pas professionnels, quant à vous, vous vous contenter de transmettre les demandes sans vous soucier de vos clients !

The communication from 12GO could have been better. There was a last minute schedule change and a change from 1st to 2nd class. 2 class turned out to be fine so not a huge problem. I am supposed to get a refund for this but havent heard anything about thay yet. (But it has only been two days so maybe that takes a little longer)
