Neil VI took Scoot Fast to and from Lembongan. It was a confusing process to leave. We are meant to sit for an hour outside in the heat at the office, then we are transported to the actual ferry terminal with little instructions. We were led upstairs to scan our ticket then back downstairs - our boat left 30-40 minute late. No cooling fans on the boat - very hot. Then we were left floating in the heat in the harbour to be shuttled to shore. On the way back, Scoot’s ferry was in for repair - another passenger told me this, the staff offered no explanation. They put us on another company Arthamas, which left 30 minutes later than - at least Arthamas had a cool shady waiting area with a cafe and their boat had fans. I would recommend to avoid Scoot. All aspects were poor I was only impressed they didn’t lose the baggage

Nicolai GI had concern about safety. There were only one life jacket per row of seats, but in most rows there were 2 people, so there were not enough life jackets per person where we were seated. I also had to ask multiple times to get life jackets for our two kids, and one of the crew finally found two life jackets for us. If something had happened on this trip, several people would have been without life jackets.

Peter LWas raining heavy, check in at Dcamel was painful, slow and no place to wait out of rain. 50 people standing in poring rain for 1.5 hrs , boat had no aircon but skipper did a great job considering the conditions

Rui LThey put our luggage on top of the boat. During the journey, the seawater soaked all our luggage, rendering our clothes unwearable. The staff didn't inform us beforehand. If you choose to take this type of boat, you need to put a plastic bag or something similar over your luggage. Friendly reminder.
