Hermine The bus engine went out and we weren’t informed until we woke up and found out for ourselves that we had been standing still all night. Overall the bus was 10 hours delayed. There were very few stops for toilet breaks, and the food we got was very local. Only rice and some vegetables that me and my friends were safe to eat. It was ok with the overall comfort of the bus, except for the occasional turning off air condition.

Kaye RThe cabin was basic but enough room walls were scuffed and dirty … toilets were very dirty and needed a good scrub .. I am not sure the attendant did much to enhance the overall cleanliness during the journey … food staff very cheerful and helpful…

Sofie HIf you a western the space would probably be to small for you. I am a female traveling by herself and felt a bit uncomfortable during the trip. Also protect fragile stuff cause my whole make up bag broke cause they trowed it out. And they don't speak English so they put you i a hall and have to figure out everything yourself

James BTravelling by train is always an experience compared to flying. I would not recommend a top bunk though, very difficult to access and limited space. Obviously made to accommodate the Vietnamese not Westerners.
