We bought 3 tickets with 12Go - two adults and one child. Even though we bought them at the same time and there were free berths, they separated us into separate cabins. Customer service then told us they could not do anything about it. Next time we will book direct through Vietnam Rail

It was not “luxurious” as stated when buying the tickets, it was also not clean very poor cleanliness the dining had some brown liquid spilled everywhere and the beds smelled like sweat especially the blanket and the pillow

Overall excellent there was the what I believe to be the controller at the Ho Chi Minh bus station who was rude but the bus itself was clean, the bus staff were great just be prepared with your questions on Google translate and they are very helpful as they don't speak English. The bus was clean, comfortable and on time. Looks just as advertised. I am 5'10" it would be a squeeze for those over 6ft if I am honest. Blankets and pillows provided. Arrived on schedule. Tyre safety checks and refit stop off along the route too!

I thought the bus is going by the coast so I would be able to enjoy the city views. But it doesn’t go that way. The trip felt very long. We only had two stops and quite quick. For that many hours I expected a couple more stops. The driver seemed like he doesn’t really like foreigners, or he’s just not really nice in general. I’ll give to the whole trip like 6/10

I was not given a choice of seat on the bus and was automatically given a seat in the middle isle. I with no window. Staff on the bus had two beds that were by the windows but only used them sporadically so it would have made sense for them to have the smaller units.
