William The location given to us to meet the bus was not correct. Our taxi driver dropped us off at the address and left. We had to walk a half mile with our luggage because a kind Samarian told us they had moved. They were apologetic but at 11 o’clock at night. It’s not a good thing to have the wrong address. The sleeper bus was good, the sleeper bed was not adjustable, there was no television, but it was clean and the toilet in the bus was clean. But no toilet paper. The bus driver was rude, had his phone on playing music and videos. Talking very loudly with another driver. unfortunately, there was an accident and it took three hours to clear the road. That was not the Bus companies’s fault I can accept that. A simple, pleasant greeting from the bus driver or a smile would have made a big difference, but he seemed to be angry the entire time. I will not book a Sao Viet bus again if I have a choice.

Jessica My boyfriend and I got this from Hanoi to Sapa. It was comfortable, and cool. It had a working toilet. We couldn’t figure out how to get our screens to work but that was no issue. We arrived a little late but there was quite a bit of traffic on route. We left on time, so it really couldn’t be helped.
One thing to note is their travel office had moved but they messaged me the night before and it was only 3 minutes from the other one. The new address just needs to be updated.
