Dominykas PWe are writing to formally request an immediate full refund due to the unacceptable service we experienced that night.
That company contacted us and explicitly confirmed that we would be picked up from Hanoi Airport and transferred to the bus departure point for our trip to Sapa. However, nobody came to pick us up. After that, our messages were ignored and our calls were not answered.
Because we relied on the transfer that the company promised, we had to arrange and pay for our own taxi from the airport. As a direct result of this situation, we missed our bus to Sapa.
When we finally reached their office, their employee was unable to assist us, did not speak English, and appeared more interested in playing a game on his phone than helping two customers who had just been left stranded in Hanoi in the middle of the night. We also repeatedly called the hotline, but nobody answered.
We are now forced to purchase new bus tickets to Sapa at our own expense.
This situation is completely unacceptable. We paid for a service based on the information and promises provided by your company, and those services were not delivered.
We therefore request:
A full refund for the original booking.
Reimbursement of the additional costs we incurred because of the failed airport pickup and missed bus, including the new bus tickets.
Please confirm in writing as soon as possible that the refund will be processed and provide us with the expected refund timeframe.
We have screenshots of the communication confirming the airport pickup, as well as records of our unanswered messages and calls, and we are prepared to provide them if necessary.
We expect this matter to be resolved promptly.

Jared TThe service was great. I felt comfortable in the van enough to fall asleep a few times. Made two 20 min stops for WC or a bite. I hadn’t booked a hotel yet in Sa Pa, but when we arrived the driver asked where I was staying and dropped me off close to the hotel. Also, picked me up from my flat in Hanoi. The communication from the main office before the day was great, as well as the followup a few days after. This company was great and I would book with them again for my travel needs in Vietnam.

Michaela Honestly just a mess . Reception put us on wrong bus, it was 2hrs longer than it should have been as a result. The driver screamed the whole time, he honked for like a minute at a time.

Marina NThe driver pushed us to our beds like he was in a hurry, in a bad way. The bed is not flat and it was really uncomfortable. The driving style was the worst we have ever seen, because of the speed and the turns. Also, the driver was honking the whole trip. So, all that made it was impossible to sleep (in a sleeping bus). Moreover, we arrived 3 hours earlier than expected, so imagine the speed and it means, as well, 3 hour less of sleeping.
