The bus was supposed to have A/C but it was super hot the temperature was almost unbearable, and the ride was super bouncy like being on a boat, it felt like it needed some fix to the suspension, at one point on an uphill road the bus almost doesn’t make it to the top, it almost stalled, it felt like a longer ride than it was, I would honestly rate zero stars for comfort. In the other hand, departure and arrival were spot on time.

The bus was very old and not very attractive. You could tell it had repairs and replacements that were not installed very well. The comfort was as expected, but I was not impressed with the appearance of the bus.
