Amogh SIt was really good experience to board the boat and the ferry was also good. From Nusa penida port it was amazing. The ferry was not on time but that's fine. Just few minutes late. You get the ferry easily and the cabs can drop you very close to port. We both had total 4 bags and that wasn't a problem at all till we reach Sanur Harbour. Problem starts after sanur port as the grab pick up is far but that's not the problem of the operator.

Natasha DBoarding procedure was terrible. Pushing and shoving- just very unorganised. Boat was clean and fast despite leaving half an hour late. No aircon!

Yiska ASemabu hills is very flixable and that made all the difference. Upon our return from Nusa Penida our faily split and some came back a day earlier that the ticket date and the semabu hills team at the port were super flexible and gave no problems.
The rest of us went back on the date ordered however on a different hour and once again there were no issues at the cocunter.

Gary We booked the ferry via a google search hoping it was legit and it was.
Upon arrival, even though you have an e-ticket, you must go to the Angkal vendor who will give you a lanyard and the paper ticket needed.
They stored our luggage so we could grab some food as we had arrived early just in case. We then made our way to the terminal.
If you have a big suitcase like we did, bear in mind the physicality of getting it up and down the ramp to the harbour.
The speedboat ferry is actually a very smooth crossing.
It’s a great transport link between Bali and Nusa Penida.
I would recommend having a taxi waiting for you though there are many upon arrival.
I would also recommend booking your ferry in advance at least 1 day.
Would definitely use again.

Roberta Could be that they are leaving a bit earlier, so be careful and go there earlier.
The trip was ok, fast and the people always really kind.
