Ferry was late. Poor seating arrangements at the waiting area. Need improvements at seating area to accommodate the travellers and road conditions from waiting area to ferry. One staff left towards the ferry and all followed him. There was no communication or announcements to board the ferry.

Buying ticket was easy, boarding and disembarking all fine. Journey takes longer than listed - 45 minutes rather than 30 minutes.

I paid, the website showed an error and I didn’t have a ticket, no email confirmation. Then some time later I got the email confirmation. I was just lucky I didn’t immediately get another ticket or I would’ve wasted my money.
