Quoc HBus booking was easy. Location and pick up service was good. Service was difficult to contact with the provided numbers. Driver was super aggressive with driving. Could not sleep at all let alone sit still

Melissa SWe were put on another bus due to mechanical fault. It was a sleeper cabin bus. This is what we were trying to avoid. In the end it was not as bad as we imagined. We were traveling during the day so wanted upright seats.

But we had company of four Chinese people who were very loud on their mobile phones, having private conversations on videocalls, and eating smelly foods.
