Ryan RBooked VIP seats and was told we only had standard seats even though it said VIP seat right on the ticket and on my booking confirmation. The driver was good but we booked VIP for a reason for such a long drive and were very disappointed in the service from the company.

Christian KWell, on the first leg the driver was continuously fiddling with his phone. Which is. In my world, a serious security risk. When I asked him to stop doing it, he did. Later on, he started to fall asleep. I WhatsApped you about it and asked for another driver. Never got a response from you (Ouros), but apparently you talked to the driver who then complained to me.
In the second leg, he drove much better.
But your customer service is bad.

Serene Charging port was not working, informed the staff, nothing was done. Customer service staff from the office asked if my drop off is at the airport and I found myself stranded at dont know where and I have to grab to the airport in the end.

Hristian SExcellent company. They called me before the trip, speak good English. Bus was comfortable and most of all arrived on time. Breaks were announced clearly and spaced nicely throughout the trip. First travel with absolutely no problems.

Naim BThe bus was clean but the driver didn't stop for bathroom break. He did stop 30 minutes after we left sapa and 1 more stop 20 minutes before arriving at Hanoi. 5h30 without a break wich is crazy

Anna JThe bus was good - modern and comfortable. Slightly later at the airport but they brought me to the international departure, what was not offered. One star less for zero communication - nothing worked - email, WhatsApp hotline, social media - the information on their website is different, I tried to contact them to find out what is correct. And never buy coffee at the place next to the office
