Hadi SThe bus journey pickup was just nearby the Sapa Town. The journey was very smooth with few stops for toilet break and we were transferred to a mini van for us going to Hanoi old quarter..the leg room for the bus is quite short for a tall guy in the upper cabin ( not sure in the lower cabin). Overall it was a good experience.

Fiona MPerfect transfer! Arrived at the office in Sa Pa, the lady was lovely. Bus arrived on time. Bus was clean as was the toilet. Stopped at the 3.5hr mark at services, all good. Driver was good - no erratic driving or excessive beeping. All in all, a perfect journey, lived up to to my expectations. Thanks guys!

Robert LThe driver and assistant were yelling the whole time. also I never lay my bags on the ground. I wear these bags on my clothes. The driver had my bag on the ground when i exited with my laptop.

Mandy KThey moved us on an earlier bus upon request, which was nice.
Driver was great, no risky manoeuvres or other stunts. Got us there on time.
Only downside was that my shade wouldn’t stay up and couldn’t see anything unless I was holding it up by hand.

Galit PThe bus was nice but the driver made too much stops. One time he stopped the bus to buy 3 live chickens. The worst was that in the end of the ride he smoked cigarettes and the bus was suffocated with stink.
