Rosario AI was transferred to G8 bus without any prior notice or information from Sapa Group Bus. It caused me a lot of confusion and hard time asking the staff from Sapa Group Bus. They did not check the list if my name was there even if I arrived very early and waited there for hours.

Seng LG8 bus operator bus was dirty. my sleeper could not elevate. sleeper not working. no WiFi on board. no toilet. I hv tried other Sleeper Bus companies and the bus condition was much better. G8 said Bus will drop us at hotel in Hanoi but did not.

Eric LCheck-in was smooth. English skills of the local staff is minimal however. Bus was clean and fairly comfortable. However, some of the equipment was a bit run down, the screens and the remote control were mostly cosmetic as they did not appear to work or do anything. My wife did not even have a remote or a headphone in her cabin, like I did. The bus left on time but was a bit late at the destination. The stops along the way were okay, just be prepared to pay toilet fees. The drop off in Hanoi was a total let down... not at the actual destination address but rather on some nearby avenue. Then while some of the customers had a free shuttle ride to their final destination, we were left out somehow. We asked why that was the case and they said we had to request it before the drop-off. Not sure when we were supposed to book that shuttle, no one ever offered that free service to us. We did call their customer service prior to the trip and we were assured they would be a shuttle service at their main destination. So, anyway, we ended up getting our own Grab ride... too bad such poor conclusion to our trip.
