Everything was great except that the driver was a lot of time busy on his phone… while driving. The weather was quite bad, lots of water on the road, so that made me feel a bit unsafe. But for the rest all was fine, on time and quick!
Well worth the money for a weary family of 4, with young children. Pick up at hotel, dropped at accommodation on ko chang. Ferry included. Good communication on what's app. I even made a mistake with my booking and owner corrected it at no cost, very kind. Driver was quiet and respectful of the kids sleeping, we are used to crazy driving in Asia, felt very safe with him. Worth the extra money vs shuttles, we made it to the ferry in 4 hours!
We were expecting to get to the Koh Chang in 18:30, but in reallity got in 15:00, we had a fast and confident driver. And he even helped us with money exchange, stoped at the local bank somewhere in the middle of the trip. Would recommend!
