Alles in Ordnung, bis wir plötzlich in irgendeinem Reisebüro hielten und einige von uns dort aussteigen mussten, um auf einen neuen Bus zu warten. Dies dauerte leider 1,5 Stunden und wir kamen am Ende auch 1,5 Stunden zu spät an. Hat also am Ende alles geklappt.

Catamaran to an hour from Nathon to Donsack pier then a coach to 2.5 hrs to the krabi office. All staff were really polite and helpful.
After a little wait a minivan took us to ko lanta crossing on the car ferry. Arrived just after 4pm all good.
The driver of the bus we had was pumping the brakes and swerving the bus. When a passenger asked him to drive more safe he just kept going. Then the passenger got stricter and told the driver to drive straight and stop messing around. Then the bus driver said fuck you many times and got more aggressive on the road. Not a safe experience. I have traveled with many different bus drivers via 12Go before this and they were all good. But this one was scary and I hope he does not go behind the wheel again
The switch from the ferry to the van lacked some information.
We had no info, where we had to go and how to identify our ride.
The ride with the van itself was excellent
The seats in the ferry were the best thing about this ride, and that says a lot because they were at best average. It was very unclear where to go, the ferry was in a clearly bad state and on arrival preceded to run right into the pier and making the worst docking I have ever witnessed. Then it came to the van. First was a very confusing transfer from the pier to the van. It was very unclear when the transfer would arrive or where to go. Then the van itself. Finding the right van was a headache. The ride was uncomfortable and the ac leaked a lot of water in my lap. Then all of a sudden we were dropped of halfway through to wait another hour for another confusing van to pick us up. This was if possible even more uncomfortable, the driver was rude and we took a far longer route in order to pick up more people. We arrived at our destination more than 2 hours late and were dropped off on the street and quite a bit away from the destination on the ticket.

The transfer was quick and very good. Enough toilet breaks. The only “problem” was that the engine could have been stopped a few times, but i think it was meant to spend coolness throughout the trip. For me 7,5h of a running engine are a bit much. The driver was friendly.
Ferry was in good condition, bus was clean and air-conditioned, with a couple of “comfort stops” at garages built in along the way to get snacks/sandwiches.
