Jessica Very long waiting times for the ferry to arrive. The bus kept stopping on the journey to Bangkok - not sure why, the drivers were chatting to people or smoking.

Marcia DAll around a good trip. However, the speed boat ride was brutal with lots of people getting seasick. (If you're prone to getting seasick definitely check a different option, like the night ferry, or bring some medicine.}
We left koh tao at around 10.20 am and arrived at around 12.20. they gave us one hour to have lunch and then the bus left at 1.30. The trip was comfortable. It's not the fanciest bus ever but gets the job done. At around 4 pm we had a quick break at a food court. We arrived in Bangkok at 9:30pm

Sarah KThe bus and boat were extremely comfortable. The operator made one stop on the way to allow for a toilet break and to purchase snacks. Would recommend. Wait until the break to eat instead of the pier!
