Sehr freundliches und geduldiges Personal trotz riesigem Andrang. Die Fahrt von Surat Thani noch khao Sok war aber völlig halsbrecherisch und inakzeptabel.

Weiterreise und umsteigen problemlos.
Genug Pausen für bei denen man Essen/Trinken/auf Toilette gehen kann.

Everything (1 ferry, 2 bus)lined up well and was on time. Easy to find the connecting bus and plenty of info given. Second bus (minivan) was very squished and tight. All our bags shoved in between seats and at peoples feet. Seats are ok for a short person, bad for a tall person.
Booked my journey from Koh Phangan to Khao Sok with boat and transfer by mini-van from Surat Thani to Khao Sok.
Received good instructions from van2travel about where to meet after I arrived on Donsak Pier.
Smooth transition from boat to mini-van and great drive to Khao Sok.
The car was not clean, and although the service was meant to include drop-off at my hotel, the driver refused and asked me to take a taxi from the entrance of Khao Sok. He was also not particularly kind. Given that this was the most expensive option, it did not meet expectations.
The ferry was great, there are enough places available outside in the shadow. Beatiful tour over the sea. Then you take one big bus from the pier to Surat Thani town, no clue how long that takes, no one tells you. Then you get into another small van to get you to Khao Sok. This last part was very poor. The busdriver stopped every 15 min to buy himself some stuff at the market/bus stations while the whole bus had to stay in the van and he didn’t communicate. As a pregnant woman I would have preferred to get the chance to get out too and use the toilet while the busdriver did his shoppings. Looking at the time, this whole experience could be done in 2,5 hours but since all of the stops it takes way more.
Overall I’m always happy with the service of 12go but this ride was just very bad.
