저희는 19시 30분에 만나기로 되어 있어서 그 시간에 맞춰 갔는데, 버스는 21시가 되어서야 도착했습니다. 저희가 직접 운영자에게 물어보기 전까지는 이 사실을 전혀 알려주지 않았습니다. 고객의 시간을 낭비하는 것은 좋지 않습니다. 게다가 다낭에서 버스를 갈아타야 했는데, 그 자체는 괜찮았지만 과정이 매우 불편했습니다. 뒷좌석에 앉아 있던 저희에게는 아무런 안내도 없었고, 한참 후에 운전기사 겸 가이드가 돌아와서 알려줄 때는 매우 초조해하며 당장 버스를 갈아타야 한다고 재촉했습니다. 그때가 아침 7시였습니다. 다낭에 도착하기 전에 미리 알려줬더라면 훨씬 더 즐거운 경험이 되었을 것입니다.

The travel company first of all changed our departure time with only around an hours notice. The staff kept shouting at us in Vietnamese. We don’t understand Vietnamese and were very confused as to what they wanted us to do, so we were offering Google Translate to them so we could communicate, which was ignored by one staff member. We were woken and told we had arrived, and were rushed off the bus even though we were the only people on it. We were then put into a taxi we were told was free. It was only then I looked at my phone and realised we were still a 35 minute drive away from the drop off point. I showed the taxi driver the location of our homestay, and he drove for about 2 seconds before stopping and having communication with the bus company again. We were then told to get out of the taxi and back on the bus. The staff would not let us go to our seats we were originally sat in, and insisted that me and my friend both sat in one cabin, which had been previously occupied by someone else on the bus, who had been dropped earlier. So we were extremely uncomfortable for the last part of the journey. Upon getting off the bus for the last time, the driver asked to see where my hotel was (a two minute drive away). I don’t know why he asked for this as he sent us on our way anyway. I think the least they could have done after all the hassle, considering we were the only passengers left was drive us a further two minutes. Instead as two girls we had to walk 20 minutes in the rain and pitch black to our homestay.

The bus arrived 90 minutes late. No bottle of water on the bus..

Our bus got canceled so we had to take a smaller one and just got a small refund. The bus was way faster so we arrived in the middle of the night. People were stealing stuff in the bus

I had bought a ticket onilne that seemed to be a cabin bus, however after the purchase i was informed that it was a normal sleeper bus and was then told I would have to pay an additional fee in order to upgrade. Talking to other passengers it seems as if I was not the only one to fall for this accident. Moreover, it seems as if the bus was over booked and groups were put together in order to fit everyone. The driver and assistent were kind and tried to be problem solving within the context of the situation. However, I do not believe the company providing this service should be the first choice for booking a trip.

The bus left almost an hour early making the start very stressful, the driver drove really fast and the bus ended at a different stop than communicated. Although this spot was fine it would've been nice to know.

The sleeper bus had the widest sleeping birth so far and the seat lever actually worked so really comfy trip. Best sleeper over our 3 week journey. The pickup location office in Hoi An was a room with seats rather than waiting on the streets so that was nice too. The ticket they sent us had a picture of the pick up location which was helpful

First they called us in the morning around 10, after I asked why the ticket hasn’t been processed for 3 days, and told us we need to take a bus leaving 2 hours earlier because ours was fully booked. Okay, that happens sometimes. But then we boarded the bus and first, the driver wanted to put me into the same cabin as another woman I didn’t even know. In the end I could share the cabin with my boyfriend but they charged us two full tickets. That’s just not nice.

Driver was braking and honking quite often, which made it a bit hard to sleep. Bus was okay, the drivers were really nice. Sadly, the cabins weren't cleaned between people. Overall totally okay.

The staff was nice but the seats are hard and same for the pillow. The USB charger also didn't work.

1)Rude staff -they don’t speak English yet they shout at the guest if can’t communicate 2)bus smells bad , wonder guest pay for higher price expect more hygienic environment 3)while waiting(1hour) for the bus to depart to destination, we do not get info , do not know what going on . We left our snack in the bus , when we get up to the bus again , we found our foods are missing 4)driver did not drop us to the address mentioned in the ticket , when we ask why , they just answered “no , no , no

I had a very disappointing experience with this sleeper bus service. The journey took over two hours longer than originally scheduled, and there was little to no clear communication about the delay or the planned stops along the way. This made the trip unnecessarily stressful and confusing. The driving itself was also quite uncomfortable. The driver repeatedly went over large bumps at high speed and braked very harshly, which made it difficult to relax or get any rest during the trip. Additionally, the behavior of the bus assistant was inappropriate. He was noticeably staring at female passengers in a way that made people uncomfortable, which is completely unacceptable on a public service. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this sleeper bus service to others.

We really liked the bus! The cabins were spacious and comfortable and we loved that it had a toilet! We got a text over an hour before we was meant to leaving saying we will be leaving in 20 minutes which obviously wasn’t very helpful. We then arrived at 4:30am instead of 6am and in the wrong place (15 minutes down the road from where we was meant to be dropped off) when we got off we were hounded with men trying to charge us 3 times the amount for a taxi (compared to grab) we think the bus company must of dropped us there on purpose for those men, was a shame as the bus was perfect …

Can’t charge the phone ,toilet door can’t be closed ,no water to wash hands

Good bus but the driver was very aggressive and mean. He wanted us to move seats to the back to let other people he knew in ours.

I originally booked a later bus, which was then already full (why could I book it then?), so I was asked to come to an earlier connection. In my case very okay, so no problem :)

32 royal sit. Not the super luxury cabine but It was cheap and confortabile. Very good experience. Quite clean. Perfect in time.

They made my boyfriend move into a bed that was half the size so his knees were at his chest, the entire bus couldn’t charge phones, the toilet was labeled as occupied and locked for the majority of the bus so nobody could use it - worst of all there was loud music playing the entire time which pierced through my headphones so i couldn’t sleep. the rest stop was good and one of the staff on board was very kind.

The bed and curtains were very smelly, like sweat smell it doesn’t seem like it has been cleaned in a long time, the curtains where very stained and the blanket was damp and again didn’t smell clean. It felt very unhygienic i think for the price of this journey it could be improved not nice when you are on the bus for a long time I have never experienced this with other companies

Bus was 90 minutes late for departute but arrived on time. Only 1 toilet break for 12 hour bus journey.

Was a comfortable ride! A toilet on board which was great, they provided water also. We had one stop for dinner near the start of the ride which was good. My only suggestion is they could leave a few hours later, so you don’t arrive at the early hours. It says it’s 13hours (7pm -8am) but we arrived at 5am. Which is quite a difference.

First time experience on sleeping bus, didn’t know what to expect but overall found it an ok experience. Maybe be good to provide a way for curtains to be secured at each end to prevent people from dragging curtains open as they walk by. Also have a means to be able to connect device to tv screen to stream movies etc from phone to screen. If that is already available, provide sticker or something to help people connect and stream.

The bus left 30 mins earlier than the scheduled which is good though we arrived exactly on time. There was alot of stops but the cabin is simply comfortable I had a good sleep the driver was also good and helpful.

The bus actually arrived 3 hours earlier than it stated it would, which normally would be a good thing but instead of arriving in Phong Nha at 6am we arrived at 3am! And we left a little late from Hanoi! Otherwise the beds were comfy enough to sleep and I did manage to get more because fortunately where we stayed let us check in early (cherish guesthouse).

I visited the operator office and asked confirm my ride.

I was told to change buses multiple times, the trip ended in me getting on and off 3 buses and a mini bus and not being told any of this before hand ! One of the buses included me sitting in the aisle

Everything was beautiful, the cabin bus was very spacious, we had a 12 hour trip to Hanoi and we slept well. About the timing instead, due to incoming independence day , the agent contacted us at 4.30pm in order to be leave at 5.50pm. the scheduled time was at 7pm. We have been lucky that we could be there for that time.A day before should be better.

The bus supposedly would leave Hue at 7pm, by 6pm they told us that they were waiting at our hotel for us to go to the bus, we had plan the day to be there at 7pm not 6pm so it was really bad, even worse that they made it look like we were the ones wrong and that delayed everything. Also it was supposed to arrive in hanoi by 8am but it arrived at 5:30am which was really bad has we didn't had place to go. The worst part was that on the middle of the trip they asked us to both go to the same seat, that meaning two persons in one seat due to overbooking which was not comfortable at all and ruined our night of sleep

We paid two ticket for two different cabin and as maybe the passengers were more than tha available seats, they decide to put our twp in the same cabin. The bus was in late

Bus left as soon as all the passengers were there, which was about 30 minutes earlier than advertised departure. Arrived at destination early.

The bus was one hour early so we arrives at 4 am, no places were attribuate, the drrver want to give us a very small cabine, at the end on the bus. He has let us on the road. He drive fast, i am afraid.

Somebody smoked.in the toilet, But the worest problem : our bus leave us at 3:30 am and not at 6 am as its normaly. We were seeling in the street in front office our hôtel until 6 am its open !

Bus slightly late but driver very friendly, helpful, stopped outside my accommodation so early morning taxi negotiations required! Greatly appreciated.

Bus was 1.5 hours late - it seems that it’s a 10:30pm bus not 9pm. I don’t understand why it’s advertised as 9pm if the standard time for it to come to phong nhà is 10:30pm. Frustrating waiting around. Thiên Phu hostel wouldn’t even let us use their bathroom whilst we waited there for the pick up .

This trip is not directly to da nang, They changed bus at Hue

Bus was late 20 mins to leave Hué. Arrived on Hoi An 45 mins late (on a 3 hour drive). Dropped us off not at the place indicated on the ticket. The bus ride is average. Bed a little dirty with hair and some crumbs. The driver stopped a few times on the side of the road for a few mins, i am not sure why.

They made us change bus in Hue without any infos, we had to wait two hours without anyone around us giving us any news. The change was not planned or written when I booked the ticket, this is unacceptable

Loved it

The company sent us on the wrong bus. The bus wasn’t what I booked. The bus was very uncomfortable. The bus stopped in Hué and the driver told us it was the last stop. I was confused and one of the staff told us a car will come after 20 min to pick us up which will take us to Danang. We waited for 1 hour and still no one was there. The staffs were ignoring my question when asked again when will a vehicle come. In about 1hr 15 min a van had come which took us to the bus stop. The got us in another bus and dropped us in Danang. The second much was much comfortable. How ever the change of the vehile was unexpected. The bus was super uncomfortable.

The personal was unfriendly

I booked the bus from Hue to Hoi An. The tickets were supposed to arrive 7 hours after booking. After 7 hours I wrote to customer service but no one answered me. My bus was supposed to leave the next morning at 8 a.m. So on Sunday evening I did not receive the tickets, so I decided to book another bus. I received the tickets only an hour before departure. Even though I requested cancellation to 12toGo the evening before, I did not receive any refund.

The pick up was a little late and the bed was a little bit too small but the bus had a toilet and the drive was really smooth. Overall a great experience for the price, I would book again!

They didn’t drop us at the place were it said in the pdf and they didn’t tell us. They also dropped us at 4:40 am instead of 6:00 am Whitchurch in this time make a big difference

Everything was great a part from timing. We had booked 7pm to arrive at 6am. We arrived at bus at 6pm to get dinner before hand. Suddenly they say the bus is leaving at 6:20pm. Our tickets definitely said 7pm. We then arrive at 4am in Ninh Binh. Not ideal, esp with two small children.

Changed departure time day of, and arrived to a different location than specified on the ticket (only 1 or 2 km away, but swarmed with taxis, so seemed like a common trend for cash grab). Hectic boarding service with minimal help, but overall is cheap cost and gets you there.
