Check in was OK, although there was some confusion which category I booked, but was fine in the end and we had to wait 30min. Bus ride was good, one break for dinner, but be prepared that no one speaks English there. They dropped as of at a different location.

The lights and chargers on the bus didn’t work for all 11 hours. So couldnt do my work while on bus. The driver was extremely rude and yelling at passengers. Will not be using this bus again or 12goasia

The sleeper Bus was comfortable. Toilet could have been cleaner and basin was full of stuff. Some stops were made without explanation. Overall the trip was fine and we would book again.

At first, they changed the bus for us, we didn't take the bus we booked, but an other one 2 hours earlier. Guys in the bus treated us like animals, we didn't stop to eat, they didn't say security rules or even if there was a toilet inside. Afraid to be ejected from the bus by one of the guys.

First the bus was more than an hour late. Then when everyone was called out from the operators office to enter their busses, I was left out and apparently not on any list. I asked then several times and showed them my 12Asia pdf ticket, but no reaction or explanation from the operator’s site. In the end I went to the bus parking lot because I got worried all busses in my direction would leave now, so the office worker made some hectic calls in Vietnamese, again no explanation at all, and I was told to just enter the bus in front of me. In the end this was a normal sleeper bus and not the VIP cabin bus I originally paid for. They also refused a partial refund after explaining them the issue.

The Bus was ontime, but first we didnt have a cabin in the sleeper bus. So they kind of overbooked it. But after this start, everything was nice. Except if you are taller than 180cm, than be prepared to fold like an Origami :)

Not as comfortable as it looks but it was good. Only problem is that there was no toilet and don’t know when they stop for rest.
